2. Free and paid content
- Free content may be changed, replaced, or withdrawn at any time.
- Paid subscriptions provide access to the relevant member content during the active billing period.
- Access is personal to the subscriber and may not be shared, resold, copied into another service, or redistributed.
3. Payments
Payments and subscription billing are handled through Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to any applicable Stripe checkout and payment terms.
We do not store your full card details on this site.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing or subscription management link provided. Unless otherwise stated on the checkout page, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and no further renewal charge should be taken after that point.
5. Refunds
Unless a refund is required by law or expressly offered, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun. If a payment error or duplicate charge occurs, contact us and we will review it promptly.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or try to gain unauthorised access.
- Do not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, scrape, or commercially exploit Wanderer materials without permission.
- Do not share paid lesson access outside your own personal use.
7. Intellectual property
All lesson text, branding, layout, audio, downloads, and original materials on this site remain the property of The Wanderer unless stated otherwise.
8. No guarantee of outcomes
The Wanderer aims to provide thoughtful and effective Irish-language learning material, but individual results will vary. We do not guarantee any specific fluency, exam, business, or personal outcome.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the site and lessons available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. From time to time, content, features, or delivery methods may change.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wanderer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Privacy
