  • To improve the site, protect it from misuse, and keep records needed for legitimate business and legal purposes.

3. Payments and Stripe

We use Stripe to process payments and manage subscription billing. We do not store your full card details on this site.

When you make a payment, relevant payment and transaction data is processed by Stripe under Stripe’s own privacy and security framework. Stripe provides a Privacy Center and a Data Processing Agreement for its services, and Stripe’s European privacy structure includes Irish entities. 4. Email and subscriber data

If you join a Wanderer form, your email may be stored in our email platform so we can send lessons, updates, or subscription-related messages. If you unsubscribe from marketing emails, you will stop receiving those messages, though we may still send necessary service emails connected to an active subscription.

5. Lawful basis

Where GDPR applies, we process personal data on one or more of the following grounds: your consent, the performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service responsibly.

6. How long we keep information

We keep personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including subscription management, record-keeping, support, legal obligations, and dispute prevention.
